Stayish Black Opal 6.8ct Carved Natural Untreated Black Opal - Ethiopia

Natural untreated black opal from Ethiopia was unheard of until a new deposit was discovered in 2013 near the Ganesha province.

This is the only untreated natural black opal that comes from Ethiopia and it only originates from this one area, the Stayish Mine.

Supply of this material is very limited and quite a lot of it has little colour. 

Perfect for setting jewellery or specimen collections.
