Processing time
Processing times have increased to 3-5 days due to the COVID19 situation. We apologise but we will aim to get all orders out safely and quickly.
Delivery couriers
Royal Mail is used within the UK, EU and international. Other services such as DHL and Fedex etc can be arranged for an extra cost depending on the delivery location. Please contact us for further information.
Delivery exclusions
We do not deliver to South America, Sri Lanka, India or Africa due to customs restrictions.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Any return must be in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
